At Chaps Fit, we are committed to delivering high-quality leather chaps and western wear with care, transparency, and reliability. Please review our shipping policy below to understand processing times, delivery expectations, and related terms before placing your order.

Order Processing & Production Time

Most Chaps Fit products are custom-made and made to order to ensure proper fit, craftsmanship and quality control.

  • Standard Production Time:
    3-4 weeks for most leather chaps and accessories.
  • Specialty & Custom Orders:
    Custom chaps, rodeo/show chaps, woolies, hair-on or heavily detailed items may require additional production time, typically up to 10–15 business days, depending on complexity.
  • Rush Orders:
    If you need faster delivery, we offer a Rush Order option for an additional $30, which reduces total production + delivery time to approximately 2-3 weeks. Availability may vary by product.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

All orders are shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in Pakistan using trusted international courier services, including:

  • Standard Shipping:
    12–15 business days total (production + delivery)
  • Express / Rush Shipping:
    7–12 business days total

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and courier service performance. Remote or rural areas may experience longer transit times.

Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes due to courier restrictions.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination and shipping method.
  • There are no handling fees.
  • Any applicable shipping promotions or free-shipping offers are automatically applied at checkout.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Some shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees imposed by the destination country or region.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • Couriers such as DHL, FedEx or UPS may contact you directly to collect these fees.
  • Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs charges to receive their order.

If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the customer will be responsible for any return, handling, or re-shipping costs incurred.

While these fees are beyond our control, we are happy to review genuine cases and may offer assistance at our discretion.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment in real time through the courier’s website until delivery.

  • Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24–48 hours of placing your order.
  • Once production has started or the order has shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
