At Chaps Fit, we are committed to delivering high-quality leather chaps in different categories like motorcycle chaps, western chaps, work chaps, custom chaps etc. with care, transparency and reliability. Please review our shipping policy below to understand processing times, delivery expectations and related terms before placing your order.

Order Processing & Production Time

Most Chaps Fit products are custom-made and made to order to ensure proper fit, craftsmanship and quality control.

  • Standard Production Time: Our standard order and shipping time is 3-4 weeks. 
  • Specialty & Custom Orders: Custom chaps, rodeo/show chaps, woolies, hair-on or heavily detailed items may require additional production time, typically up to 4-5 weeks, depending on complexity.
  • Rush Orders: If you need faster delivery, we offer a Rush Order option for an additional $30, which reduces total production + delivery time to approximately 2-3 weeks. Availability may vary by product.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

All orders are shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in Pakistan using trusted international courier services, including:

DHL · FedEx · UPS · JFK

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination and shipping method.
  • There are no handling fees.
  • Any applicable shipping promotions or free-shipping offers are automatically applied at checkout.
  • Enjoy free shipping over orders of $300

Customs Duties & Taxes

Some shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees imposed by the destination country or region.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • Couriers such as DHL, FedEx or UPS may contact you directly to collect these fees.
  • Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs charges to receive their order.

If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the customer will be responsible for any return, handling, or re-shipping costs incurred.

While these fees are beyond our control, we are happy to review genuine cases and may offer assistance at our discretion.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment in real time through the courier’s website until delivery.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Requirements

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
  • A valid contact phone number is required for international delivery.
  • If you require signature confirmation upon delivery, please contact us before your order ships.

Chaps Fit is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24–48 hours of placing your order.
  • Once production has started or the order has shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

Returns & Refunds

Shipping-related terms for returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Custom or made-to-order items are generally non-returnable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
