Quality Policy – Chaps Fit
Love Our Product or We Make It Right
At Chaps Fit, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to crafting premium leather chaps and accessories that meet or exceed your expectations. We understand that shopping online makes it difficult to fully experience the quality of a product firsthand, which is why we offer our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
What is the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee?
Our guarantee ensures that every Chaps Fit product you receive reflects our high standards of craftsmanship and quality. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality or appearance of your chaps or accessories, we will work with you to make it right, either through a refund or replacement.
How the Guarantee Works
If your Chaps Fit product does not meet your expectations:
-
Contact us at support@chapsfit.com or call +1 929-330-6666
-
Provide your order number and a description of the issue, including photos or videos showing the product’s condition.
-
Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Once approved, we will issue a full refund or arrange a replacement. Delivery charges may apply depending on your location, but the product cost itself will be fully covered.
What the Guarantee Does Not Cover
While our guarantee covers workmanship and product quality, it does not apply to sizing or measurement issues:
-
Chaps Fit products are made to order based on the measurements you provide.
-
Accurate measurements are the responsibility of the customer.
-
If you are unsure how to measure correctly, please contact us before placing your order. Our team is happy to provide guidance to ensure the perfect fit.
Ensuring Your Purchase Qualifies
Before submitting a satisfaction claim:
-
Make sure the issue is related to quality or workmanship, not sizing.
-
Provide clear documentation (photos or video) of the concern.
-
Contact our team for guidance if you are unsure whether your concern is covered.
We will work with you to reach a fair resolution quickly and professionally.
