To provide a seamless shopping experience, please review our detailed production, shipping, and delivery process below.

Order Processing & Production Time

All Chaps Fit products are made to order. Production times vary depending on the type of product:

  • Standard Leather Chaps & Accessories: 3–4 weeks

  • Specialty & Custom Orders (rodeo/show chaps, woolies, hair-on, or heavily detailed items): up to 4–5 weeks depending on complexity

  • Rush Orders: For faster delivery, we offer a Rush Order option for an additional $30 USD, which reduces total production + delivery time to approximately 2–3 weeks

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

Once production is complete, all orders are shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in Pakistan using trusted international couriers:

  • DHL

  • FedEx

  • UPS

  • Skynet

We carefully select these carriers to ensure secure, timely, and trackable delivery worldwide.

Tracking Your Shipment

After your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may appear inactive initially while the package clears customs.

  • Full tracking becomes available once the shipment enters the courier’s international or domestic network.

  • You can monitor your parcel in real time from dispatch to delivery.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

  • Customers are responsible for paying any applicable fees directly to the courier or customs authority.

  • If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, no refund will be issued.

Rush Orders & Urgent Delivery

If you require your order urgently for an event, competition, or work, please contact us before placing your order.

  • Rush Orders are shipped via priority express couriers.

  • Any customs or import duties remain the customer’s responsibility.

  • Failure to pay customs charges or accept the shipment will result in forfeiture of the order without refund.
