Order Processing & Production Time
All Chaps Fit products are made to order. Production times vary depending on the type of product:

Standard Leather Chaps & Accessories: 3–4 weeks

Specialty & Custom Orders (rodeo/show chaps, woolies, hair-on, or heavily detailed items): up to 4–5 weeks depending on complexity

Rush Orders: For faster delivery, we offer a Rush Order option for an additional $30 USD, which reduces total production + delivery time to approximately 2–3 weeks
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees
