Every pair is made to order. Standard leather chaps and accessories take 3–4 weeks to make; specialty and custom orders take up to 4–5 weeks. After that, courier transit takes 12–20 business days.
Standard shipping within the US is free on orders over $300 and $20 below that. Orders ship tracked by DHL, FedEx or UPS. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by holidays, weather or customs inspection.
Returns, refunds or exchanges are accepted for manufacturing defects or transit damage, requested within 15 days of delivery, with photos sent within 48 hours of delivery and prior approval. Custom-made and made-to-measure chaps can’t be returned for change of mind.
Brush off dust and grit after riding and wipe the leather with a damp cloth. If the chaps get wet, let them dry naturally at room temperature, away from heaters or direct sun. Condition the leather when it starts to feel dry or stiff, and store the chaps hanging or loosely folded in a breathable cover.

Close through the thigh but not tight, so you can still bend your knee and sit comfortably. The belt sits around your hips, usually at or just below your jeans’ waistband, with the front open in a V. Standing, the hem should rest over your boot and reach close to the heel, so it still covers the boot when you’re seated.
Don’t choose by your jeans size. Measure your waist where the chap belt will sit and your thigh at its widest point while seated; our size guide on the home page shows how. If you’re not sure, contact us before you order and our team will guide you.

Some shipments may be charged customs duties or import taxes by the destination country. These are not included in the price and are paid by the customer, sometimes directly to the courier.
